1401 for Windows

macOS on the PC you already own: the reverse of Boot Camp. 1401 checks your PC, builds the startup files for your exact hardware, shows the BIOS settings for your board, and makes a macOS install stick. Windows stays as it is.

1401-Windows-1.0.8.zip (Windows 10/11, 64-bit, 343 MB). Unzip, keep the 1401 folder together, run 1401.exe. If a build fails, or macOS won't start from the stick, 1401 sends the log here after telling you (Cancel keeps it on your PC); open 1401 again with the stick plugged in, or click Scan for logs and send them. Quote the report ID when you ask for help.

1401 is new and may not work on every PC. If it does not work on yours, set up OpenCore by hand with the OpenCore Install Guide; the Mac app below works on any OpenCore setup.
